How do I order?
You need to register with us first. Click register to get yourself signed up. After registration you can add products to your shopping cart and check out.

What is the minimum order amount?

There is NO minimum order amount.

Do you accept international orders
Yes, we accept international order. Currently we ship to Canada, UK, Australia. For other countries, please contact us for more information.

How do I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email and will be given a tracking#. You could use tracking# to get status from the shipping provider. You could aslo get tracking# from the My Orders tab.

When will my order be shipped?
If your ordered items are in stock, your order will be shipped in 24 hours usually (except for holidays).

Is responsible for missing order?
Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by customer are the responsibility of the customer and at the discretion of may not be eligible for a refund. is not responsible for lost orders due to shipping vender. If you would like to have shipping insurance please mention that in the comment field during checkout. Shipping fee may be adjusted as necessary. If the missing orders are due to our mistake we will be responsible for full refund.

Returning Info
What is the return policy?
We promise to deliver high-quality products, in good condition, to your domestic United States mailing address. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you can return non-sale items within the 30 days of purchase for a refund. Shipping charge is not refundable. You need to be responsible for the shipping cost of the return package. All return items must be packaged well and received in good condition. Otherwise return will not be accepted. All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will credit back in 4 weeks after we receive your return package. For exchanges, there will be shipment charge. To return or exchange please fill out below form and we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions regarding how you return or exchange your item(s). If a customer refuses receipt of a package that they ordered or neglects to pick the package up at the Post Office after the US Postal Service has attempted delivery and returns the package to, you will NOT receive a cash refund. Instead you will only receive a store credit for the base purchase price of the products. Any products that are not defective, incorrect or damaged during shipment, that are returned to with an approved RMA#, for whatever reason, where the initial shipping was paid for by will have the shipping charges deducted from the total return amount. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without a RMA# and no replacements will be shipped without prior authorization of return. Any product send to without RMA# will be refused and shipped back the customer at their expense. Returns without RMA# will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made.

2) RMA# is only valid for 14 days. We need to receive your return package within 14 days after RMA# is issued.
3) Clearly post RMA# on the outside of the shipment packaging.
4) The return items must be in "brand new" condition. Be careful of the packaging since most of our products are fragile. We will refuse all the damaged packages and no refund will be issued. Be sure to include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely.
5) For security reasons unidentifiable packages will be refused.

How do I request return?
You can get RMA# through our web site now. Go to My Account and find the order that you want to return in "My Orders" tab. Click the order number link and it will bring up the order detail page. On the top right corner there are "Return Item for Refund" and "Return Item for Replacement" buttons. Click the appropriate button to request return.

What payment choices do I have?
We accept credit card payments (VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover), Paypal, wire and check/money order. To pay by credit card you could pay through our web site or send us your credit card information via fax. If you would like to wire money, please please contact us first and we will tell you the instructions. You could also mail us check or money order. As soon as we collect your money, your order will be shipped. We usually need to collect money before your order can be shipped. If you have long term relationship with us, you will have credit in your account. Your order will be shipped instantly as long as you have credit in the account. You could pay us after we send you the invoice.

Do I need to pay sales tax?
Only if you ship to Washington State you have to pay Washington state and local tax.

Do you ship COD?

Why must verify my billing and shipping address?
In order to guard against credit card fraud, if the billing and shipping address are different, we must verify that the alternate shipping address is authorized. Please contact your credit card issuer bank and list your ship to address as an alternate address in their memo field.

Why my order is cancelled?
If we fail to authorized your provided credit card transaction, your order will be automatically cancelled. You have to place an order again if you still wish to buy

Will the items on backorder be available in the future?
Not all of them. We will know when we get the next inventory refillment. This usually happens every 2 - 4 weeks. And then we will pull off unavailable items. For some items, when they were gone they were gone.

How do I use Gift Certificate?
After you purchase the Gift Certificate you will receive an order completion email telling you the gift certificate code. You can tell your friend the gift certificate code in anyway e.g. email the code to your friend. Your friend can then place the order by using the gift certificate in the checkout page.
